Energy Breaks

 

Fitness Energy Breaks are seated, fun, interactive, mini fitness sessions aimed at all abilities, ages, suitable for men and women.

 

Each Energy Break lasts 15 minutes and is aimed at rejuvenating and re-energising you in a fun and healthy way. Mini energy breaks can be performed seated and don't require getting changed.

 

Ideal for incorporating at:

The Energy Break can work well before breakfast as a fantastic ice breaker, at the beginning of a conference, after lunch or at the end of a training day.
